Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Additional Information Tab View Screen

Use the View screen to preview the fields added to the Additional Information tab. Toggle between Read-Only View where field names are listed, and Input View, where you see fields as they will look to a user with Edit rights.

Field Description
Form Page Name The descriptive name given for the Section.
Form Page Description If a description was entered in the Form Page Description field on the Additional Information Tab Configuration screen, it displays beneath the Form Page Name.
Fields Each field displays as it will to a user viewing the Additional Information tab. When in Read-Only view, field names display. When in Input View, fields display as they will to a user with Edit rights.
Edit Button Click to open the Edit form, where you can drag and drop fields to customize the Additional Information tab.
Read-Only View/Input View Toggle Button Click to change the view between Read-Only, which shows the names of the fields and Input View, where fields display as they will to a user with Edit rights.
Go Back Button Click to return to the Additional Information Tab configuration screen.
