  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Summary Tab

The Summary tab displays all of the skills and competencies in the 360 assessment, and the overall score.

Field Description
Content Section The skills and competencies that display on the Summary tab depend on the configuration of the 360 workflow used as the source for the 360 assessment. In each section, values are shown indicating how each participant rated the employee in each category.
Overall Ratings The bottom section of the tab displays the Overall Rating, which is calculated based on the scores entered by the raters for all competencies and skills in the 360 assessment.
