Save and Publish the Report

You can publish a report by marking it Public during the save process.

To save and publish the report:

  1. Enter a Name for the report and a Description.
  2. Select the Public check box if you want the report to be visible to other users.
  3. If you were editing an existing report and then decide you want this saved as a new report, then select the Save as new check box.

    The edits you made to the report will be saved as a new report instead of overwriting the report that you began editing.

  4. Select the design for the report.
  5. Click Finish.
