Cobra Web Services must be able to load Cobra Report Templates in order to generate a Cobra report. It is necessary to configure a network share so that all installations of Cobra Web Services can access Report Templates. Security must be configured such that the user account running the Cobra Web Services Windows Service has at least read rights to the Report Templates folder.
After configuring a network share, you must specify the path in Cobra Application Preference on the Reports tab.
