The report that you use for the export must be configured correctly in Cobra.
The report must be a “Detail” Cobra report (Table Type = Detail) that contains time-phased data that spans the dates in the change request.
The report must be a saved report with criteria selected at the work package/resource assignment level and the first result for the assignments to be imported.
The report must include a cost set with the same name as the change class.
The report must include the work package baseline start and finish date because they will be required by Cobra to import the change.
The report must have access rights configured so that the user who will configure the workflow type can access the report.
The Cobra CAP report contains the required data elements; however, the report is not in a format supported by Cobra’s single file import. Deltek recommends that you add a Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) macro to the report template that converts edited data on the Report tab to a file format supported by Cobra.
