When you perform the copy forward action, it extracts information from the Cobra narratives rather than the workflow form. In other words, any updates made to the narratives after the completion step will be the content copied into the workflow form.
When you skip a period and subsequently perform the copy forward action, the system searches for the most recent narrative. For instance, if you completed an EoV workflow in January, skipped February, and then created another EoV workflow in March, clicking the Copy Narratives button would extract the narrative from January—the last one stored in Cobra.
