Process Logs Grid

Use the Process Logs Grid to view the log type, start date, end date and process owner.

Process Logs

Select the following options from the drop-down list:

Print — Select this option to display the grid’s contents in Print Preview form where you can choose to print the preview.
Export to Excel — Select this option to open the Microsoft Excel application with the grid’s contents displayed.

Delete

Click this button to delete the currently selected row.

For deleting multiple logs, simply perform a multi-select in the grid (press Ctrl while selecting rows) before selecting delete.

Field Name	Description
Log Type	This column displays the log type of the log. The available Log types are: Schedule Import Log — This type of log displays the options selected for the import process and the files and fields to be imported as well as errors and warnings encountered while performing the import. Schedule Export Log — This type of log displays the options selected for the export process and the fields to be exported as well as errors and warnings encountered while performing the export. Cost Import Log — This type of log displays the options selected, files, and fields to be imported as well as the errors and warnings encountered while performing the cost import. Cost Export Log — This type of log displays the options selected and the fields to be exported as well as errors and warnings encountered while performing the cost export. Approve Progress Log — This type of log displays the records that were approved in PM Compass. This could either be a Schedule or a Cost record.
Project	This column displays the project associated with the process.
Start Date	This column displays the date and time when the process that generated the log was started.
End Date	This column displays the date and time when the process that generated the log was completed.
Owner	This column displays the date the name of the user who ran the process that generated the log.
Has Errors	This check box is marked if the log contains errors and cleared when it has none.
