Disable a User Login

This procedure is only applicable to Deltek PM Compass. To prevent users from logging on to other EPM products, you must click the Disable Logins button under the Products Login tab or remove these users from a license. By default, user logins are enabled.

Only PM Compass lets you disable individual users.  

To disable a user login, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Navigation menu, click Security ยป Users. The Users form in form view displays on the right pane.

  2. On the General tab, verify if the current record belongs to the user that you want to update. If it is not, in the Search field, enter the name and then press ENTER to display the record, use the VCR buttons on the form toolbar to go to the user record, or click to display the User Search dialog box and then search for the user.

  3. Click the Authentication tab.

  4. Do not select the Login Enabled check box.

  5. On the form toolbar, click Save.
