The Open Plan tab of the Groups form allows you to define the permissions a group has to access the options within the Open Plan application.
You can select the parent and child permissions individually. If all of the items (parent and child nodes) are disabled and you enable the parent, the child is reset to Enabled automatically.
For each of the following items on this tab, you can define security permissions to enable or disable items for members of the group.
You can right-click each item on this tab to display a context menu that allows you to define permissions for members of the group.
The context menu displays with the following options:
Select this option to make the item visible to members of the group.
Select this option to enable the item for members of the group.
Select this option to enable all items in the list for members of the group.
