This procedure allows you to generate a report that contains all applications to which users have access, unsuccessful login attempts by product, all groups, and users assigned to each group, all roles that have access to securable objects within a product, or users and all attributes assigned to these users.
To generate a report, complete the following steps:
From the Navigation menu, click Reports ยป <Any of the Options>. The corresponding form displays on the right pane. A grid displays containing the list of records that you want to view.
This step is optional. You can take any of the following actions:
Group records within the grid by clicking 
in the column that you want to filter. If you do not see the icon, select the Enable Grouping option from the <Report Grid's Name> drop-down list. To group column data, you can drag a column header to a field above the column headers.
Print the report. How?
Export the report to Excel. How?
