This procedure allows you to select multiple records in a series or individually from a search dialog box.

To select multiple records in a series:
Beside the Search field, click

A search dialog box displays.
Minimize search by establishing criteria. You can do this by selecting a search type and specifying the needed information.
Click Search. This action retrieves records that satisfy your criteria by searching the database.
In the search result grid, click the first record to select.
Hold down the SHIFT key (on your keyboard) and click the last record to select. All highlighted records are then selected.
Click Select.
To select multiple records individually:

In the search result grid, click the first record to select.
Hold down the CTRL key (on your keyboard) and click the next record to select.
Repeat step 5 until all desired records have been highlighted.
Click Select.
