Report Logging Tab of Report Administration

Use the Report Logging tab of the Report Administration form to view the report log data.

Filtering

Use this group box to filter the report logs based on the date it was generated and the user that generated the report.

You can select from the following filter options:

Filter by the age of the report (in hours)
Filter by the date the report was created
Filter by the user who generated the report

Show reports started over the last number of Hours

Enter the number of hours in the text box. Use this to view the report logs of a specified age (in hours).

If you leave it blank or enter zero, all the logs shall be displayed.

Date Range

Use the calendar icon to enter the date range of the reports. You can use this to view the report logs generated within a certain date time frame. The first text box is the beginning date while the second text box is the ending date.

Username

Use this text box to view report logs generated by a specific user. Click to display the User Search dialog box and select the user who generated the report.

Report Log Grid

Use this grid to view the report logs of the generated reports.

Grid Toolbar

Option	Description
Report Log	Click the drop-down arrow to display the following options: Print — Select this option to display the Print Preview form with the grid’s contents displayed. Export to Excel — Select this option to display the Microsoft Excel application with the grid’s contents displayed.
Refresh	Click this button to refresh or update data on the tab. You may want to select this option, for example, after changing the filtering options.
Display Parameters	Click this button to view the parameters used when the report is generated.

Grid Columns

Field Name	Description
Username	The name of the user that generated the report.
Folder	The name of the report folder.
Report Name	The name of the report.
Started	The time that the report started.
Finished	The time that the report ended.
Completion Time	The length of time that the report ran.
Query Time	The time it took for the query to complete.
Processing Time	The length of time it took to process the data for the report and prepare it for rendering.
Rendering Time	The amount of time it took to calculate and render all the report pages.
Size	The size of the report, in kilobytes.
Data Rows	The number of data rows retrieved for all report query data sets used in the report.
Status	The status of the generated report.
Report Server	The name of the report server where the report was rendered.
