The Database Grid View tab of the EPM Security Weblink utility allows you to view all of the databases currently set up within the utility.

This grid displays the following columns and toolbar options:

Select |
Select the corresponding option in this column for one or more database profiles affected by the script specified in the Scripts grid. |

Description |
This column displays the database description specified on the General tab. |
|
Disable Process Server |
Select the corresponding option in this column for a database that you do not want to poll for scheduled jobs. |
|
Disable Sync Server |
Select the corresponding option in this column for a database that you do not want to use for synchronization. |
|
Server URL |
This column displays the report server URL of the database. |
|
Windows Username |
This column displays the Windows user name for the database. |
|
Windows Password |
This column displays the corresponding Windows password of the Windows user name. |
|
Server Name |
This column displays the Report Server name for the database. |
|
Database Name |
This column displays name of the database. |
|
Windows Authentication |
Select the corresponding option in this column for the database to which you want to apply Windows Authentication. |
|
Database Username |
This column displays the user name for the database. |
|
Database Password |
This column displays the corresponding database password of the database user name. |
|
Root Folder |
This column displays the root folder for the database. The columns in this grid are related to the fields on the General and Report Server tabs. |

Database Type |
This column displays the database type. The Weblink utility only supports Oracle and SQL Server in this release. |

Select this option from the Grid View drop-down list to display the Print Preview window of the corresponding grid's contents. |

Export to Excel |
Select this option from the Grid View drop-down list to open the contents of the corresponding grid in Microsoft Excel. |

Select All |
Click this button on the grid toolbar to select all database profiles (all rows) affected by the script specified in the Scripts grid. |
|
Delete |
Select a database from the Grid View grid and then click this button grid toolbar to delete the database. |
|
Up |
Select a database from the Grid View grid and then click this button on the grid toolbar to move the database up one line. You use this button to modify the order of the databases on the Deltek PM Compass Login dialog box. |

Down |
Select a database from the Grid View grid and then click this button on the grid toolbar to move the database down one line. You use this button to modify the order of the databases on the Deltek PM Compass Login dialog box. |
This grid allows you to run scripts that exist on the PM Compass application server against any database or databases you have selected in the Grid View grid. To run scripts successfully, make sure that they already exist in the Databases\Scripts folder of the application server.

Enter the name of the SQL script that exists on the PM Compass application server in the Databases\Scripts folder. By default, this column is blank. |

Export to Excel |
Click this option from the Scripts in <Exact Path of the Scripts> drop-down list to export the grid's contents to Microsoft Excel. |

Run Scripts |
Click this button on the Scripts in <Exact Path of the Scripts> toolbar to run the scripts added to the grid against the database or databases selected in the Grid View grid. You can select databases by checking the corresponding option in the Select column for a database profile in the Grid View grid. |

Insert |
Click this button on the Scripts in <Exact Path of the Scripts> toolbar to add a script to the grid. You must enter the path and file name of the script manually. |
|
Copy |
Select a script from the grid and then click this button on the Scripts in <Exact Path of the Scripts> toolbar to copy the script name, creating a duplicate entry in the grid. |
|
Delete |
Select a script from the grid and then click this button on the Scripts in <Exact Path of the Scripts> toolbar to delete the script. |
|
Down |
Select a database from the Grid View grid and then click this button on the grid toolbar to move the database down one line. You use this button to modify the order of the databases on the Deltek PM Compass Login dialog box. |
