Use the User Search dialog box to search for all established User IDs in EPM Security Administrator (SA).
This field only displays Standard, and its corresponding drop-down list is disabled.
Click this button to allow the system to start the search, matching your defined search criteria.
This field displays the following options in alphabetical order:
Delegate
Department
First name
Last name
Manager
Role ID
User ID
This field, however, displays User ID by default.
Enter any text and then click Search to filter or narrow your search. By default, this field is blank.
This grid displays the search results after you define your filter criteria and then click Search. The column headings of this grid vary depending on the field that you select from the Search By drop-down list.
Select a user from the grid and then click this button to display the corresponding user. You can select multiple users by pressing either the CTRL key or the SHIFT key and then clicking the selected user.
Selecting the user and then clicking Select close the search dialog box and then display the selected record in the field. The search dialog box displays the first record that best matches the criteria, following the numerical-alphabetical order for all records.
Click this button to select and display all available records in numerical-alphabetical order.
Click this button to remove all records from the grid. To view the records again, click Search, or close the search dialog box and then reopen it.
Click this button to exit the User Search dialog box.
