Remove a Product from a User

This section discusses one of the two methods that Deltek EPM Security Administrator (SA) uses to remove a user's access to an EPM product.

The other method is by removing the user from the product. For more information, see Remove a User from a Product.

To remove a product from a user, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Navigation menu, click Security ยป Users. The Users form in form view displays on the right pane. The General tab displays by default.

  2. Verify if the current record belongs to the user that you want to update. Otherwise, on the form toolbar, use the VCR buttons to go to the user record, or click to find and select the user.

  3. Click the Products tab. The Assigned Products grid displays.

  4. In the grid, select a product or products that you want to remove.

  5. On the grid toolbar, click Delete.

  6. On the form toolbar, click Save.
