Use the Send Email dialog box to send a message to Internal Help Desk, which facilitates support-related email messages. You must specify at least one recipient to send the message successfully.
This tab displays your primary recipients.
This tab displays the users who can receive a copy of the message.
This tab also displays the users who can receive a copy of the message. The users on this tab, however, are invisible to other recipients.
Enter users who can receive the message. Alternatively, you can select users from the Users dialog box, which displays all users defined in EPM SA, by clicking
(search icon).
Enter a group of users that can receive the message. Alternatively, you can select the group of users from the Group dialog box, which displays all groups defined in EPM SA.
By default, this field displays the email address entered in the Default Help Desk Email field on the Email tab of the System Settings form. You can also enter multiple email addresses by using a semicolon in between addresses.
This field is optional. Enter a subject line for the message using up to 100 alphanumeric characters. By default, this field displays Deltek.
Enter a text directly in this field, or click
to use the Text Editor dialog box, which has standard controls (for examples, font formatting and list styles) for editing rich text strings.
In addition, this field as well as the Text Editor dialog box displays the following pieces of information:

Database Name
Report Server
Click this button to attach a file to the message. Clicking this button expands the Send Email dialog box, displaying the Attachments grid.
