Save a Display Setting

Use this procedure to save a display setting with an identifiable name so that you can retrieve it again without having to re-edit the elements.

To save the display setting:

On the application toolbar, click Settings » User Preferences. The User Preferences dialog box displays.
Click Display Settings. The Display Settings dialog box displays.
Use the options on each of the tabs to make changes to different elements.
Click Organize.
On the Organize Display Settings dialog box, in the Description field, enter a unique display setting name. Alternatively, select a saved name from the drop-down list to update the selected saved setting with your changes.
Click Save. The new saved display setting is now included in the Settings drop-down list.
