Define the Number of Records to Display at a Time

Use this procedure to set the maximum number of records that PM Compass retrieves and displays at a time in a view or a Search dialog box. This can improve system performance, but you should use it with caution because it can cause confusion.

For more information, see Search Limits on the General Tab of the System Settings Form.

You can also set the maximum number of Dashboard records that you want to display at a time. This option, however, only applies when saved searches are used in the Dashboard.

To define the number of records to display at a time:

1. On the Navigation menu, click Administration » System Settings.

2. On the General tab in the Search Limits group box, select the appropriate check boxes and enter the maximum value.

3. Click Save.
