You can create alerts in PM compass for manager escalated workflows.
To create an alert for a manager escalated workflow:
On the Navigation menu, click Administration ยป Workflow type Configuration.
On the Workflow Type Configuration Form, select the Workflow Steps tab.
Click the Insert button in the Actions grid.
Select Manager Escalation to display the Add Manager Escalation Alert Dialog Box where you can set the alert.
Enter the required information.
Click Save.
