Use this dialog box to select the fields that you want to include in the export file.
Use this check box to indicate whether the export file will contain a header row.
It displays the value you specified on the Export Files tab of the Schedule Export form.
This grid displays a list of the available fields for export. Use this grid to select the fields you want to export and to rearrange those fields according to your preference.

Select this button to move all of the rows you select to the top of the grid. |

Click this button to insert a filler field above the row you select. |
Find |
Click this button to search the grid for the first instance of the search string you enter on the Find Column dialog box. |

This button enables only when you perform a search. Click it to search for the next instance of the search string you specify. |

Available Fields |
This column displays the fields that you can select for inclusion in the export file. The fields in this column depend on the type of data you select to export. |
Header Row Column |
This column displays when you select the Contains a Header Row check box. By default, it displays the same value as the Available Fields column, but you can enter a different value. The values in this column become the header row values in the export file. |
Format |
The rows in this column enable only for numeric or percentage and date fields. Click For percentage data that you want to export, select Number from the Type drop-down list on the Format Number dialog box. |
Placeholder |
The rows in this column enable only for Filler fields. The value you enter in this column becomes the constant value of the Filler field in the export file. |
You can resize the columns by dragging the edges of the column header. You can also rearrange the columns by dragging the column header to its new location. In addition, you can sort the records in a column by clicking the column header.
