Use this procedure to export and save available list of projects in Deltek PM Compass.
There are some projects set up in Cobra that do not display in PM Compass. Projects that are set up in Cobra only become available in PM Compass after they are made visible in the Projects Visibility form.
To export the list of tab or fields to Excel, complete the following steps:
On the Navigation menu, click Projects » Projects.
If the Projects
List View grid is empty, click 
on the form toolbar to search for and select all available projects.
On the grid toolbar, click <Project Name> » Export to Excel. An Excel sheet with the grid's contents display.
