Use this procedure to export and save available list of Standard and Custom tabs, Custom fields, or Source fields used in PM Compass to Excel.

To export the list of tab or fields to Excel, complete the following steps:
On the Navigation menu, click Administration ยป User-Defined Data. The User-Defined Data form displays on the right pane. The Tabs tab displays by default. The corresponding fields and options, however, are disabled.
On the Area drop-down list, select an option that enables the tab with the list that you want to print.
To enable the Tabs tab, select Projects.
To enable the Custom Fields tab, select either Projects or All Workflows.
To enable the Source Fields tab, select any option except Projects.
Click Export to Excel from any of the following locations:
Standard tab
Custom tab
Custom Fields grid toolbar
Source Fields grid toolbar
An Excel sheet with the grid's contents displays.
