Set Project Preferences

Use this procedure to set project preferences using the Preferences tab of the Project Properties dialog box.

To set project preferences:

1. Take one of the following actions:

   • In the Projects folder of Open Plan Explorer, right-click a project and then click Properties on the shortcut menu.
   • In the Project Views folder in Open Plan Explorer, display a project in any view and then click Properties in the Dialogs menu group of the Processes tab.

2. In the Project Properties dialog box, click the Preferences tab.

3. Enter the project preferences settings.

4. When the information is complete, click OK.
