Paste (Edit Tab)
The Paste, Paste Record, Paste Special, and Paste Text commands copy the item on the Windows clipboard to your selected location on the active view.
Note: The only appropriate items are pasted from the clipboard. For example, you cannot paste an activity record into a resource view.
