Outdent an Activity, Resource, or Code ID

Use this procedure to outdent an activity, resource, or code ID.

To outdent an activity, resource, or code ID:

1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, display the spreadsheet containing the ID that you want to outdent.

   For example, you might display one of the following views:

   • Activity spreadsheet
   • Resource assignment spreadsheet
   • Code assignment spreadsheet

2. Select the ID that you want to outdent.

3. In the Data menu group of the Edit tab, click Outdent .
