Go to the Previous Year on a Calendar

Use this procedure to go the previous year on a calendar.

To go to the previous year:

1. In Open Plan Explorer, display a calendar.

2. Take one of the following actions:

   • Press Page Up.
   • On the Edit tab, click Previous Year button.
   • Right-click the calendar display, and click Previous Year the context menu.
