Display the Print Preview Menu Option

Use this procedure to display the Print Preview menu option.

To display the Print Preview menu option:

1. Take one of the following actions:
   • At the top left corner of  the Open Plan window, click File > Print > Print Preview.
   • On the Quick Access toolbar, click Print Preview .
