Use this procedure to display the Log In Assistance dialog box
To display the Log In Assistance dialog box:

Open the Open Plan login screen.

In the login dialog box, click the
Forgot your password or User
ID? link.
Note: This link is
available when all PPM products in the selected data source are compatible with
PPM Administrator.
