Display the Copy User Defined Field Dialog Box

Use this procedure to display the Copy User Defined Field dialog box.

To access the Copy User Defined Field dialog box:

1. On the Tools tab, click User Fields in the Custom Fields menu group.

2. Select a user defined field you want to copy and click Copy.
