Contents of the Select Dialog Box

Name: This is the file name.
Description: This is a description of the file. This column is blank if a description was not entered for the file.
Owner: This is the file's owner or the user who created the file. Demo files that are shipped with Open Plan are entered into the database without owner names.
Last Update: This is the date the file was last modified.

Field	Description
[Results]	This box displays the available files. Name: This is the file name. Description: This is a description of the file. This column is blank if a description was not entered for the file. Owner: This is the file's owner or the user who created the file. Demo files that are shipped with Open Plan are entered into the database without owner names. Last Update: This is the date the file was last modified.
OK	Click to apply your selection and close the dialog box.
Cancel	Click to close the dialog box without selecting a file.
New	Click to open the New File dialog box and create a file.
