Use the fields and options to configure the Print Setup dialog box.

| Field | Description |

| Printer | You can select a default printer as well as a specific printer for a report. To set advanced options for your output device, click Properties. The options that can be set using this dialog box depend on the device type. |
| Paper | You can specify a size and tray source for paper. |
| Orientation | You can specify either portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal) orientation for a report. This setting is saved with each view. Note: If you change the orientation in the Print Setup dialog box, Open Plan automatically changes the orientation in the Print Options dialog box as well. |
