Contents of the Open External Subprojects Dialog Box
Use the fields and options to configure the Open External Subprojects dialog box.
Contents
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Grid | This dialog box contains a sortable grid that displays information about each subproject. |
| Name | The name of the external subproject. |
| Description | The description of the external subproject. |
| Time Now | The time now date, or "status date" of the external subproject. All progress information entered for a project should be correct as of this status date. No work will be scheduled by the time analysis or resource scheduling programs prior to this date. |
| Owner ID | The user ID of the individual who created the external subproject, or was assigned the ownership of the subproject. |
Buttons
The following buttons are available on this dialog box:

| Select All | Click this button to select all external subprojects listed in this dialog box. |
| Deselect All | Click this button to deselect all external subprojects listed in this dialog box. |
