Customer Audit General Tab

Use the General tab to select report options for the Customer Audit report and to save sets of options for reuse.

Field Description
Report Name You can change the default report name.
Create Activity To create activities in the Calendar/Activities application when you generate the report, select this check box. When you generate the report, GovWin Capture Management displays the Activity dialog box so you can enter the activity information. GovWin Capture Management then creates an activity for each customer included on the report.
Start Date Enter the starting date for the data to be included in the report, or click the calendar icon and select a date.
End Date Enter the ending date for the data to be included in the report, or click the calendar icon and select a date.
GovWin Capture Management User To show audit information for one user, either enter the user ID, or click and select the user ID in the Lookup dialog box.
Operation Type By default, the report includes all record operations. To show audit information for one type of operation, select it from the drop-down list.
