Team Reviews Tab of Opportunity Info Center

Use the Team Reviews tab of the Opportunity Info Center to enter notes from the proposal review teams assigned to work on the opportunity.

Each proposal team is responsible for reviewing the opportunity proposal as it goes through various phases of development.

When you add a leader on this tab, you can enter the leader's name in the field or click and select the leader on the Employee Lookup.

When you enter an employee name in one of the leader fields, GovWin Capture Management automatically creates a hyperlink between the employee name and the corresponding Employee Info Center record. You can then click the employee name in a leader field to open the Employee Info Center record or right-click the name and then click Open in new window to open the record in a new browser window.

Field	Description
Pink Team Leader	Enter the name of the employee who is the leader of the Pink Team. The Pink Team performs the initial review of the opportunity proposal.
Pink Team Review	Enter any comments or notes about the Pink Team's review of the opportunity proposal.
Red Team Leader	Enter the name of the employee who is the leader of the Red Team. The Red Team performs the second review of the opportunity proposal.
Red Team Review	Enter any comments or notes about the Red Team's review of the opportunity proposal.
Gold Team Leader	Enter the name of the employee who is the leader of the Gold Team. The Gold Team performs the final review of the opportunity proposal.
Gold Team Review	Enter any comments or notes about the Gold Team's review of the opportunity proposal.
