Enter the date on which the debriefing occurred.

| Debrief Officer
|
Enter the name of the person (contact) who conducted the debriefing. You can enter a contact name in the field or select one on the Contact lookup.
When you enter a contact name this field, GovWin Capture Management automatically creates a hyperlink between the contact name and the corresponding Contact Info Center record. You can then click the contact name in this field to open the Contact Info Center record. Alternatively, you can right-click the name and then click the
Open in new window option to open the contact record in a new browser window.

| Debrief Attendees

Enter the names of all persons present for the debriefing. You can enter text in this field or use the Text Editor.

| Lessons Learned
|
Enter anything you learned from the debriefing that might help your company capture this opportunity in the future. For example, you can list the reasons why you did not win the contract and describe how your company can respond to these issues in the future. You can enter text in this field or use the Text Editor.
