Key Convert Accounts Form

Use the Key Convert Accounts form to change one or more account numbers throughout GovWin Capture Management.

Location

To display the form, complete the following step:

From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Conversions > Accounts.

Field	Description
Combine Existing Accounts	Select this option if you want to consolidate existing accounts. GovWin Capture Management allows you to enter an existing account number in the New Account field.
Account	Select the account number(s) that you want to change by performing one of the following actions: Click Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the Account lookup to select one account number. Click Lookup/Insert to display the Account lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all account numbers.
Name	Displays the name of the account. Click this field to go to the Chart of Accounts Info Center, where you can modify account data.
New Account	Enter a new account number. Or, if you selected the Combine Existing Accounts option, you can enter an existing account number.
