The employees that appear in the report depend on the criteria you selected on the Timesheet Status screen.
The ordering of the fields in the report is determined by the
Primary and
Secondary sorts selections. The field headings remain the same, but the information within the fields is sorted in accordance with your selections in the
Primary and
Secondary sort fields.
Field | Description |
Employee Name

This column displays the name of the employee. If the system is configured to show employee IDs, the ID, in parentheses, follows the employee name.

Class
|
This column displays the employee's timesheet class.

Status
|
This column displays the employee's timesheet status. The possible statuses depend on your
Filter selections on the Timesheet Status screen:
- Missing
— Indicates the number of employees whose timesheets are missing.
- Open — Indicates the number of employees whose timesheets are open.
- Signed — Indicates the number of employees whose timesheets aresigned.
- Approved — Indicates the number of employees whose timesheets are approved.
- Rejected — Indicates the number of employees whose timesheets are rejected.
- Processed — Indicates the number of employees whose timesheets are processed.
