This table lists all the domain information for Deltek Time & Expense with Employee Self Service that resides on the selected Weblogic server. You will be asked to log into your database if:

Create New Domain |
Use this function to create a new domain. Select the hyperlink for more details.

Show Statistics |
Use this function to see graphs and information about the logged-in users and active database connections. Select the hyperlink for more details.

Domain Name |
This non-editable field displays the name of the domain. Each domain name is a hyperlink to a Domain Details dialog. Select the hyperlink for more information about the particular domain.

Schema |
This non-editable field displays the schema name.
|
Status |
This non-editable field displays the current status, "Enabled" or "Disabled," of the domain.
|
CP Connection |
If a connection to the Costpoint database has been configured to this domain, it displays in this non-editable field. The Costpoint connection is only needed if you are licensed to Deltek Employee Self Service. The connection will not apply for the Master domain.

Version |
This non-editable field displays the current version of the domain. Each version code is a hyperlink to a Patch List dialog. Select the Patch List hyperlink for more details.

# of Logged in Users |
This non-editable field displays the number of users who are currently logged into the domain. Each number is a hyperlink to a User List dialog. Select the hyperlink for more details.

# of Active Database Connections |
This non-editable field displays the number of active database connections for the domain.

Last Column |
The last field contains three icons. You can use the first icon to copy one domain to an existing domain. It is not available for the TC_0000 domain. When you select the Copy Domain icon, a Copy Domain dialog will appear. Select the Copy Domain hyperlink for more details.
The second icon is a trashcan. It is not available for the TC_0000 or TC_0001 domains. Select the Trashcan icon to delete a domain. You must log into the database before the deletion can occur. The system will display a confirmation message before performing the deletion.
The third icon is used to delete the connection pools for the particular domain. When disconnected, the domain will not be using any database resources. Typically this is done on domains that are seldom used. It is not available for the Master or Sample domains. When disconnected, the domain will be listed in the Disconnected Domain List on the bottom of the page. Within that table, the domain can be reconnected at any time.

This number is the Deltek Time & Expense with Self Service software build that you currently have installed on your system. The number is in a date-and-time format.
