Use this pane to apply license changes to the selected domain. For example, if your company has increased the number of users for the system, you will use this pane to apply the new license file that you received from Deltek.

| License File |
Use the Browse pushbutton to the right of the field to select your Deltek Time & Expense with Employee Self Service license file. Typically, this file is named DELTEKTC.LIC. This field is required. The system will display an error message if you select the Continue pushbutton without supplying the license file location.

Select this pushbutton to open another pane with additional license information.

| Company Name |
This non-editable field displays the company name from the license file.

| System |
Deltek Time & Expense with Employee Self Service is comprised of different licensable systems. Time Collection Web and Expense Collection Web are examples. A row will exist in this table for all the systems that currently exist or are under development.

| Seat Licenses |
This field displays the number of seat licenses for the system listed. For further information on licensing, please see the Getting Started Guide.

This field displays the number of transactional licenses for the system listed. For further information on licensing, please see the Getting Started Guide.

Select the Execute pushbutton to apply the license to the selected domain. The system will display a confirmation message when the update is completed.
