Use the Notifications tab of the Self Service Status screen to send notifications to the employees identified on the Results tab.
The way that the notifications are sent (email or desktop alert) depends on the settings on the Self Service Configuration screen.
Notify
Field | Description |
Employees |
Select this check box to send notifications to employees about their incomplete tasks. If you do not select this check box, employee notifications are not sent.

Functional Role(s) |
Select this check box to send notifications to all employees who have functional roles that are responsible for the selected employees. The functional roles that receive notifications are defined in the Self Service Configuration screen.
The notification is a list of employees who have not completed their tasks.
If you do not select this check box, functional role notifications are not sent.

Notes |
You can enter a message here that will be sent to all recipients.

Notify Previously Notified |
If you select this check box, notifications are sent to recipients who have already been notified for the current priority (Low Priority, Medium Priority, High Priority).

Click Notify to send the notifications.
