Add/Edit Expense Wizards

Use the Add Expense and Edit Expense wizards to manually add or edit expenses through a series of wizard type entry screens.

The first and second screens are the same for each wizard type. The fields that display on the third screen vary depending on the type of expense.

  • Display the Add/Edit Expense Wizards
    Access the Add Expense or Edit Expense wizard from the Maintain Imported Expenses screen.
  • First Wizard Page
    Use the first wizard page of the Add Expense or Edit Expense wizard to set up or edit the transaction ID, employee name, type of expense, and expense date of the expense that you want to add or update.
  • Second Wizard Page
    Use the second wizard page of the Add Expense or Edit Expense wizard to set up or edit the transaction currency, expense and tax incurred, and exchange rate to be used for the expense that you want to add or update.
  • Car Rental Wizard Page
    If you select Car Rental as the wizard type, this screen appears where you can finish adding the expense.
  • Lodging Wizard Page
    If you select Lodging as the wizard type, this screen appears where you can finish adding the expense.
  • Entertainment and Meals Wizard Page
    If you select Meals, Mileage, or Entertainment as the wizard type, this screen appears where you can finish adding the expense.
  • Other Wizard Page
    If you select Other as the wizard type, this screen appears where you can finish adding the expense.
  • Transportation Wizard Page
    If you select Transportation as the wizard type, this screen appears where you can finish adding the expense.
