This dialog displays if you select the Rejected icon on the Detail Results tab.

To display the screen, complete the following step:

From the Time menu, click Time > Process > TS Line Level Approval > Date.

Field Description
Status

This non-editable field displays Rejected.

Date/Time

This non-editable field displays the date and time of the line rejection.

Rejected By

This non-editable field displays the name of the employee that rejected the line.

Reason for Rejection

This non-editable field displays the reason the line was rejected.
