LE Summary Page

The Summary screen displays after you navigate through all of the personal and benefit screens in a Life Events process. The Summary screen provides a summary of additions/changes that you made. Use it to review and confirm your choices.

You can return to a screen in a Life Events process if you selected the No Change, Come Back Later, or Save button on the screen.

Personal/Payroll Changes

Field Description
Module

This column lists the  screens through which you navigated.

A name may display as a hyperlink that you can use to access additional information.

Status

This field displays a status (No Change, Saved, Come Back Later, and so on) to describe where you are in the Life Events process for each screen.

Benefit Changes

This column lists the benefit screens through which you navigated.

A name may display as a hyperlink that you can use to access additional information.

Plan

This field displays the name of a benefit plan.

Coverage Level

This field displays the level of coverage that you have chosen (for example, Employee or Family).

<Frequency>

This field displays the premium amount per pay period (for example, the premium per month if you are paid monthly).

Status

This field displays a status (No Change, Saved, Come Back Later, and so on) for each screen.

Confirmed

This field displays Yes or No to indicate whether you have confirmed the benefit election. The Status field must display No Change or Saved before you can confirm a benefit election.

Total

This field displays the total premium amount per pay period.

Exit Life Event

Select this button to exit the application.

Back

Select this button to return to the previous screen.

Confirm

Select this button to complete your Life Events process.
