Use the Live Events Selection screen to launch the process by which you can update your personal and benefit information to reflect a new job or a life event.
Example of life events are marriage or the birth or adoption of a child.
The Life Events process lets you move through one or more screens, entering information as you go.
Screen Fields
Field | Description |
Life Event Date |
Enter the date on which your life event took place.
The date must be within the period of time allowed for your selected life event. (Typically, 30 days is the amount of time allowed to make a life event change.)

Personal Life Event |
This table lets you select from a list of non-work-related events, such as adoption, birth of a baby, divorce, or marriage.

Work Life Event |
This table lets you select from a list of work-related events, such as being newly hired or transferred.
You may need approval to record certain life events. If so, you will see the following message: "The event you have chosen requires approval before you can proceed through the life event process. You will be notified by your administrator when your event has been approved."

Exit Life Event |
Select Exit Life Event to exit the application.
