The Results tab displays the expense report status results. You can also print the report from the Results tab.
The results that display in the Expense Report Status report depend on the criteria you selected.
If the filter is
Overdue Approval or
Overdue Review, the third column is
Functional Role. Otherwise, it is
Employee Name.
Report Fields

Due Date

This column displays the date/time by which the overdue task should have been completed.

Expense Report
|
This column displays the expense report number and the short description.

Employee Name/Functional Role
|
If the
Filter is
Overdue Approval or
Overdue Review, this column is
Functional Role. Otherwise, it is
Employee Name.
This column displays either the name of the employee whose expense report requires signature or receipts or a description of the functional role whose approval or review is overdue. If this column is titled
Employee Name and the
Show Employee ID check box is selected on the Miscellaneous tab of the General Configuration screen, the employee ID, in parentheses, follows the employee name.

This non-editable column displays the description of the expense report's type.

Preview/Print
|
Click
Preview/Print to preview the expense report status report in Adobe Acrobat format. It includes all employees that are selected in the table on the Results tab. Click
Print to print the report.
