Expense Authorization Tasks
Several tasks are available to you in handling expense authorizations.

When planning a new expense authorization, you can copy an existing one as your starting point. - Copy an Expense Authorization for Multiple Employees
When you copy an expense authorization, you have the option to copy it for multiple employees. - Add or View Notes
Use the Expense Authorization Notes dialog box to view additional information, comments, or instructions added to your expense authorization by a system administrator or other authorized user. - Submit an Expense Authorization
- Print an Expense Authorization
- Void an Expense Authorization
- Approve or Reject an Expense Authorization
If your role permits you to approve or reject expense authorizations, you can either search for the expense authorization(s) that are pending approval, or if you have a pending approval task, click the task on the MyTasks section of the desktop.
