Designate Beneficiaries

Use this screen to specify the beneficiary type and allocation percent for each beneficiary for each plan.

If you access this screen from the menu, only current plan information will display (if available). If you access this screen from a Life Event or Benefits Enrollment process, both current plan information and newly elected plan information may display.

Your current benefit plans and beneficiaries display in the Current Benefit Plans table. Use this table to specify the beneficiary type and allocation percent for each beneficiary for each plan.

Note:

If the system finds no current benefit plans, it will display the following message: "There are no current benefits and/or beneficiaries on record."
