Dep Beneficiaries Add Dialog Box

Use the Add Dependents/Beneficiaries dialog box to add new dependent/beneficiary information on the Add Dependents/Beneficiaries screen.

If you access the Dependents/Beneficiaries screen from within a Life Event or Benefits Enrollment process, you can click the Add Dependent/Beneficiary button to open the Add Dependents/Beneficiaries dialog box.
