Charge Trees Tab of the Charge Trees Screen

Use the Charge Trees tab of the Charge Trees screen to add, edit, or delete charge trees, or to drill down into the existing charge trees.

A graphical charge tree representation displays at the top of the screen if you drill down into a tree and its branches. Each level above the current level displays as a hyperlink in the graphical charge tree. Select any of these links to display the information at that level.

Screen Fields

Field	Description
Sort By	Use the Sort By drop-down list to select the order in which the charge tree information will display. The available options are Code or Description.  If you change the Sort By value, the table will display in the newly chosen option.

Table Window

Field	Description
Selection Check boxes	To edit or delete a Charge Tree or Charge/Branch, select the check box to the left of the row that you want to edit or delete. Then select the Edit Charge Tree, Edit Charge/Branch, Delete Charge Tree, or Delete Charge/Branch hyperlink.
"+" Button	To drill down to the charge branch information for a charge tree, select the + button to the left of the charge tree row. The tab displays the branches for the tree selected.
Charge Tree Description	This non-editable column displays all charge tree descriptions in the system.
Charge Tree Code	This non-editable column displays all charge tree codes in the system.
Restrict Access	This non-editable check box will be selected if this charge tree has restricted access. If the check box is not selected, there are no restrictions for this tree at this level.

Delete Charge Trees

Choose the charge tree or charge trees that you want to delete by selecting the check box(es) to the left of the row(s) that you want to delete, and then click Delete Charge Tree. The charge tree and all lower levels are deleted, and it is removed as a favorite.
