If you select to include a drill-down option from the
Drill Down Options area of the Criteria tab, the Results tab displays the additional drilled-down data within the detailed results.
Graphical Display
A graphical representation of the drill-down displays at the top of the screen as you drill down through the levels. Each level above the current level displays as a hyperlink in the graphical display. Select any of these links to display the information at that level.
Table Window
The charges that display in the Results tab table depend on the criteria you selected in the Criteria tab and how you drilled down from the summary level. The charges are listed in alphabetical order by the values in the first column. Depending on your Drill Down Options selection in the Criteria tab, the first column will be either "Employee" or a UDT value.
Because of the dynamic nature of timesheet data, the hours displayed in this screen may not reflect the true number of hours for the charges. The employee may have updated his hours after you selected the Execute button on the Criteria tab or after you selected a drill-down.

UDT/Employee

If the level selected is a UDT value, this non-editable column displays the UDT. For example, if you selected the
UDT02 radio button on the Criteria tab, you selected "UDT01" in the
Level 1 drop-down box, and you are viewing level 1 information, this column will display all the UDT01 charges for the selected UDT02 charge within the selected date range.
If this UDT is a UDT02, UDT01, or UDT09 and you have abbreviations turned on for UDT02, UDT01, and UDT09, the abbreviation ID will display.
If the selected level is "Employee," this non-editable column will display the employees who have hours charged to the selected charge.

Regular Hours
|
This non-editable column displays the sum of prorated hours for the charge for the level and date range selected on the Criteria tab.
Cost-only hours are not included in this column.

Overtime Hours
|
This non-editable column displays the sum of prorated overtime hours for the charge for the level and date range selected on the Criteria tab.
Cost-only hours are not included in this column.

+ Button
|
Select the '+' button to the left of a row to drill down into the information for that charge. If you selected an option from the
Level 2 drop-down box on the Criteria tab, the information for that level will display. If you did not select a
Level 2 option, the detail information for the charge will display.

Regular Hours
|
This non-editable field displays the total prorated hours for the charges in the table, excluding cost-only hours.

Overtime Hours
|
This non-editable field displays the total prorated overtime hours for the charges in the table, excluding cost-only hours.

Preview/Print
|
Select the Preview/Print button to preview the charge activity report. A Print Charge Activity Report dialog will display. The Preview/Print button is available on the summary level, all drill-down levels, and the detail level. See the documentation for the Print Charge Activity Report dialog for more details.
